God Of The Hopeful

God of the watchful,

Lord of the heart
establish Your ways
upon a new day’s start.

God of the trustful,
Lord of the soul
gives us Your strength
our day be in control.

God of the faithful,
Lord of the mind
may your peace
today we again find.

God of the hopeful,
Lord of our life
give us the courage
to give You our strife.
