Burst's of Spring
are in the air . . .
tiny glimpses of
days warm and fair.
A tree bud,
a poppy bloom
heals the ache
of winter’s gloom.
Bursts of Spring,
fill my sights
to warm my thoughts
on still cold nights.
A bird’s faint song,
a mostly blue sky
the last snow flake
to float on by.
Little-bitty bursts of Spring,
God is starting to send
to remind me warmer days
are just around the bend.!

and the tender grass
sheweth itself,
and herbs of the
mountains are gathered.”
