Power Of His Love

Power Of His Love

Life is too short to gripe and complain.
It will only cause me sorrow and pain.
Like a garden needs rain and sun to grow, I must nurture the seeds I sew.
Lots of praying to the good Lord above, to give me the strength to love and be loved.
To help and protect me for all I hold dear, and hold back the demons that live on my fears.
For I am not perfect and this we both know.
Your son is my savior, my heart and my soul.

God Bless !

One night a man came to our house and told me, “There is a family with eight children. They have not eaten for days,” I took some food and I went. When I finally came to the family, I saw the faces of those little children disfigured by hunger. There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces, just the deep pain of hunger. I gave the food to the mother. She divided it in two, and went out, carrying half the food with her. When she came back, I asked her, “Where did you go?” She gave me this simple answer, “To my neighbors-they are hungry also.”
I was not surprised that she gave–because poor people are generous. But I was surprised that she knew they were hungry. As a rule, when we are suffering, we are so focused on ourselves we have no time for others.
Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.
